Pretty thoughts is an INIT which enables you to use PrettyC to print files from within THINK C. Simply drop it in your system folder and restart. When you choose Print╔ from THINK C╒s File menu, PrettyC will be activated. It will present the Page Setup and Job Setup print dialogs and will then print and immediately exit.
If you hold down the Option key when choosing Print╔, PrettyC will let you alter its settings before starting the print run. You can do a PreScan if you want, but you can't choose any more files to be printed.
If you hold down the Shift key when choosing Print╔, THINK C╒s usual Print command will be invoked instead of PrettyC.
The first time you run it, or if you move your copy of PrettyC, Pretty thoughts will ask you to find PrettyC for it.
If you are not running MultiFinder, you should not use Pretty thoughts. It will, however, try to save you from the consequences of your actions.
If you use the Application Menu INIT, you should ensure that Pretty thoughts loads before Application Menu. One way to do this is to rename Pretty thoughts to !Pretty thoughts, since INITs are loaded in alphabetical order. I am not aware of any other INIT conflicts: please let me know if you find any. Pretty thoughts is fairly well behaved (it doesn't do anything naughty like tail patching). I've absolutely no idea if it will break under System 7. If I'm still alive when that great release day dawns, no doubt I'll find out.
Pretty thoughts is copyright ⌐ Jeremy Roussak 1990 and I retain all rights to it. It should only be distributed with this file and with PrettyC and its documentation file. PrettyC is shareware and Pretty thoughts is absolutely no use without it.
